How do I shop using your website ?
Simply browse through the different categories, when you find an item you are interested in, press the 'add to shopping cart' button. If you are searching for a particular item, use the search option on the bottom left hand side of the screen, you can enter any keyword or catalog no. Next choose quantity. In the 'shopping cart' section you may check the shipping charges for the selected items, update quantities and remove items from your cart. When you are finished, press the 'Checkout' button to complete your order. If you are unable to locate a product you wish to order, please contact us at .il We try to have all products in stock, however if the item you wish to order is temporarily not available, we reserve the right to inform you as this and as to when it will be back in stock.
How will I know that my order has been received?

Payment Options
All prices are in foreign currency or Israel Shekels. To place an order online you must use a credit card (debit cards are not accepted). Please be sure to include expiration date
When am I charged for my order ?
If the items you have ordered are all in stock, you will be charged upon shipment of your order.
What are the shipping options ?
We ship orders to all destinations in Israel and throughout the world.
Israel : Regular postage
Express delivery (within 24 hours) IS
Airmail : For orders up to 2 kgs. Normally 1-2 weeks
EMS (Express air service) : For orders over 2 kgs. 3-4 business days, door to door delivery
Delivery charges ?
Shipping & Handling charges are calculated for each order based on weight and destination.

Returns policy
We will accept returns, in original condition with the original invoice within 14 days of delivery.
